MATZOH BALLS

I love matzoh balls.  I love them so much, I eat the soup first so i can enjoy them alone.  So today, for the first time ever I made them!  It was pretty simple.  They look a little stone age, not real artistic, but they'll do.  And they go so big in the water when I boiled them!  The recipe is here:  http://projects.washingtonpost.com/recipes/2010/03/24/Classic-Matzoh-Balls/

Alright folks, this is one food we both adore, the formidable eggplant!  Much more popular in Asian cooking then it is in the US of A, or Canada, the eggplant is a lot more versatile than you may realize.  Don't confine it to eggplant parmigiana alone.  That would be like only using apples to make apple pie!
